Building Information Modeling

The BIM is a process based on three-dimensional geometric model that is data rich. The information contained within it can be used for other purposes such as constructability, structural performance, cost, scheduling, clashes between systems prior to construction and can even be leveraged for erection simulation and facility management.

The BIM approach consists in integration of information as a database connected to a 3D parametric model that deals with engineering, architectural, MEP and contractors aspects.
